We Tell Our Own Stories: Dipsaus meets Kiffe ta Race
Rokhaya Diallo and Grace Ly are the hosts of French-speaking podcast Kiffe ta Race, which has been created with the same urge as Dipsaus, Dutch and English-speaking podcast co-created by Anousha Nzume, Ebissé Rouw and Mariam El Maslouhi in the Netherlands, to tell stories of people of colour by people of colour.
For this edition of Read My World, Kiffe ta Race and Dipsaus have recorded a crossover episode on the importance for people of colour to create their own media platforms to tell their own stories and making the links between the different countries – here between the Netherlands and France, but also making a European connection, on topics both podcasts have been working on deconstructing for years.
